Joseph Thieme A Battery 4th 42nd FA commander with His Granddaughter
Katherine (Katie) LaReau 2025 president of her class, Katie presented a gift from the class to president Trump who was the commencement speaker.
She is the granddaughter of Captain Joseph Thieme who was our A Battery 4th 42nd FA Battery Commander in Vietnam.

Ken Peterson served with the 4th Infantry Division 4th 42nd Field Artillery 1968 -1969. He was a FO with C Battery headquarters AO and Assistant S3.
Ken and Frank Moen remained good friends after Nam.
Ken's medals including Bronze Star and Air Medal.
